355mL can, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma has a bright, spritzy apple skins, light champagne-like effervescence, and a touch of sugars. Flavour has semi-tart, quite dry apple, with moderate minerality. Not much depth here, but perfectly drinkable, finishing lightly tart and quite dry. Decent.

355mL can. Pours clear blonde. Light apple juice, some granny smith on the nose. Flavour has a pretty one-dimensional tart apple character, mostly fruit with some skins. Off-dry. Light carbonation. Very drinkable, but not that complex.

(On tap @ Birreria Volo, Toronto, Jan 19/18) Pours a clear medium gold with a small white head. Notes of tart pale red-type apple, white wine, peachy/tropical fruitiness, moderately acidity, nicely concentrated, maybe a bit of all Brett-type ester quality to it?, quite dry overall, zippy, penetrating apple quality in the finish and aftertaste. Medium bodied, oily, fairly softly carbonated. Nice refreshing apple-forward cider, no nonsense, well crafted.
