Draught at Københavnske Øldage. Clear, golden beer with a white head. The nose lead my thoughts to a German weizen, with it’s banana-like sweetness. Quite nice though, with a little spicyness as well. Quite sweet in the mouth too, with banana, some citrus, coriander and some orange-peel. Medium body, could be fuller. Sweet and fruity finish. Another decent beer from Søgaard. (070512)

Draft. A hazy amber beer with an OK light orange head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of spices, wheat, and alcohol. The flavor is sweet malty and quite spicy - coriander being quite strong, but the alcohol is also tastable, besides that it gives the palate a slight bite, before the dry and slighlty bitter finish sets in.

Draught at Københavnske Øldage. Almost clear golden. Weihenstephaner style yeasty banana aroma. Soft, very sweet and rather yeasty. Like a weizenbock, but even sweeter, with notes of pineapples. Sugary finish. Intense and warming, but much too sweet for me.
