A base wort made featuring floor-malted, organic Plumage Archer & Spelt, later adding aged hops and fresh East Kent Goldings. Fermented with a blend of house Saison cultures, aged in French oak for 6 months then conditioned for 4 months on Rhubarb & Raspberry.

Large bottle from fuss club at home. Light hazed deep red colour with a pinkish head. Perfect for valentines. Fruity rhubarb and fruity tart to sour berry. Slight funky. Light body.
