This NEIPA was brewed with our friends at Badlands Brewing in Caledon, ON, CA. Our first international collaboration beer! This beer is full-bodied and packed full of New Zealand hops. We experimented with an enzyme called "Tropics Boost" that is designed to do just that, boost tropical flavors and aromas. Expect a soft, fluffy mouthfeel accompanied by aromas and flavors of lime zest, papaya, and bright citrus.
