Freestyle Motueka on barley, wheat and oats
We spent the Winter meditating on and refining our approach to hoppy beer; using the colder months to pull a few levers and push our recipes further. This is the first work on a new canvass designed to really celebrate some of the expressive hops we love most.
This is some of the best Motueka we’ve ever worked with and right off the canning line we were getting high-toned notes of citrus zest, flavors that reminded us of green skittles and aromatic Thai lime.
