Maison neuf or house nine, is the name
given to european shaped 9 gallon
casks. It's also the name we gave to this
beer. Full of farmhouse vibes and funk,
we've used some Bouclier, Ernest and
Most hops, a french/English mix up, with
a belgium yeast strain. Very continental.

Can ordered from Proat, Bebington. Clear golden Amber. Thick foamy white head. Aroma is sweet and malty with a vinous and spicy streak. Medium bitter. Grainy. Sour vinous edge. It's tart. Crisp. Develops a sherbert streak. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft lazily fizzy carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Crisp Saison. Easy drinking.
