Made for the Abdij van Roosenberg, an abbey in Waasmunster. Almost certainly an alias of Augustijn Blond.

33 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a collapsing white head. Light citric brett aroma. Flavour is citric, light caramel malt base and a distinct brett flavour. Acidic and citric, ligth sweet beneath. Goes into a nice lingering yeast and brett finish - mellow and yet with an edge.

A hazy orange beer with a thin light head. The aroma is sweet spicy, and so is the flavor, where coriander is most pronounced.

(Bottle 33 cl) Pale, hazy ale with a huge and rather stable head. Fruity notes with a pronounced sourness - rather unusual for a blond ale! Yet another contract beer from Van Steenberge. 070205
