The variety of ancient apples that go into producing our Mixed Scrumpy gives it a deep, golden appearance. It has a fresh, vibrant apple aroma, and a dry oaky taste with a subtle rum finish. Slightly sparkling on initial pour.

From the polypin at the Orchard, Bristol 25/10/09. I was conufused as the board at the pub referred to this as being from Somerset - however, the producer’s website mentions it presses Somerset aplles in Hertfordshire. This was an enjoyable cider. Having drunk dry ciders immediately before, it initially seemed very sweet. However, once my palate adjusted to it, this was a good golden cider, with plenty of apple juice and a honeyed edge.
