Inspired by the sweet treats we know we shouldn’t have but love and have them anyway. We added lactose, strawberry, and vanilla to this blonde ale base, and got left with a sweet strawberry nose, doughy malt notes, and sweetness from the lactose and strawberry to round it out, with just a hint of vanilla. This beer is sweet!
