opalescent pale yellow colour, one inch of dense white head; aroma of grainy, bread crusty, some herbal, slight citric and grassy notes; taste of hoppy bitterness, malty-bready, herbal, some fruity-apple peel-like, slight citrusy and hints of honey notes; good one!
