Cask. Appearance is clear, light, golden, with a very small white head which doesn’t last long. Strong fruity lemony hoppy aroma. Taste is bitter hops, summer fruits, citrus, quite a long bitter finish. Quite good.

Cask at the Fulflood Arms, Winchester. Pale amber with a thin white head, that laces the glass nicely; sweet and grainy aroma; soft and soapy in the mouth, with some fruitiness, and a sweet and grainy body; then a dry and bready finish.

Cask, hand pulled half pint in perfect shape at the excellent Duck and Drake pub. Crystal clear golden body. White head with some retention. Modest malt-fruity smell. Bread-like malts and lemony hops in the flavour character. Fresh and dry malt bitter endnotes. A bit thin bodied (Leeds, 12.07.2012).
