Our Brewpub brew team are passionate about traditional styles, so for our collaboration with Brookhouse hop growers, based in Herefordshire, we thought it’d be a lovely opportunity to produce a classic English Golden Ale for cask.

Using premium Maris Otter barley from Branthill Farm in Norfolk, along with a hop blend of Challenger, Progress and Pilgrim from Brookhouse Hops. This golden ale has layers of flavour akin to orange marmalade, hedgerow berries and pear conserve. With a refreshing bitterness and pleasing caramel notes to follow. Vegan.
