Cask (handpump) @ Fat Cat, Sheffield, England. @ [ RBESG 09 ]... brown ... thin off white head ... light malt ... light spice nose ... spicy not really ginger toffee malt.

Cask (handpump) @ Fat Cat, Sheffield, England. @ [ RBESG 09 ]Clear medium to dark amber color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, spicy, chistmas spices, ginger, cinnamomn. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration, and spicy. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20090717]

Cask @ Kelham Island Tavern, Sheffield. Dark brown color. Ginger and cinnamin in the aroma. Sweet flavor with ’ontbijtkoek’. Too sweet and spicy for my likings.
