Expansions is a simple saison aged on second use late harvest gewürztraminer, showing distinct aromas of lychee and deep, complex rose. A soft allspice note fills in the background and matches well with the oak character, while firm minerality is found across the palate and into the slightly metallic, sherry-like finish. Dry and pleasantly tart, the beer elegantly expresses how saison and wine can easily link up.

Kicsi, gyorsan elillanó hab, narancsba hajló szín. Animális, gabonás, szőlős, kissé fűszeres és tölgyfahordós illat. A korty határozott animalitással indít, majd fűszeres, gabonás, savanykás szőlős, licsis, hordós ízekkel folytatódik, lecsengése leheletnyit keserű és borsos. Közepesen testes, enyhén szénsavas, alig keserű. Nagyon finom, komplex, frissítő.
