Spelt Saison built with a base of Vienna malt and a hefty addition of Spelt from, you guessed it, Epiphany Craft Malt for a slightly nuttier, toasty malt character.

We feel Inroads can scratch that IPA itch. Hopped heavily with beautiful whole cone Simcoe hops both in the kettle and with a subsequent dry hop post oak-conditioning.

Expect impressions of citrus oil, tangerine zest, soft clove and toasted rye. Despite its time in oak, this one drinks like a remarkably clean hop-forward ale, bolstered by our expressive yeast culture.
