The world's lowest ABV Junmai sake. Low ABV & low calories. A Franco-Japanese composition by Regis Camus in collaboration with Konishi. Nose: salted caramel, cacao, kumquat, almond. Flavour: savoury and mineral, round on the palate, bright fresh finish. Pairs well with tuna tartare, poached fish, shrimp cocktails, sashimi, margherita pizza. Serve chilled at 10 - 15 °C.
