Bottle thanks to a generous trader. Pours radioactive orange. Nose/taste of tart cherries, vinous notes, wild yeast and oak. Medium body. Well balanced moderately heavy tartness with a slight cherry vinegar feel to it.

Bottle @ Blindtasting, Odense, July 2011. Pours cloudy orange with a small bubbly head on top. Sweet and oaky nose with a sour note. Caramel, oak, vanilla and lambic. Tart and fresh. Really well made.

/12/12/13/10/12

Bottled. An amber beer with a thin lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of vinegar and malt. The flavor is acidic with notes of malt, fruit, red currant, and cherries, leading to a tart finish.

Bottle at the Utah beer tasting. My first brew from Alpine. Pours out a gold topped with a nice cloud head. Aroma of oak, fruit, and some barn yard. Tast is much of the same along with some tartness and some light fruit.

Clear reddish amber with a fleeting, thin white head. Sour tart aroma. The flavor is dry, sour and tart with very little sweetness. The tartness lingers into the finish. Light, dry and tart sum it all up.

Bottled. Amber colour, small beige head. Aroma is sour wooden notes along with some brett and fruits. Flavour is brett, some spices, sweet fruits, sour wood and some tart cherry notes. Interesting and very well done lambic-clone.

(Bottled @ChrisO’s) A bit hazy orange color, no head. Sour, peachy fruity aroma. Sour, fruity (peach, apricot), some hints of spiceyness or alcohol. Quite good imitation of lambic. Aftertaste should be more intensive.
