Draught @ Brouwerij de Pelgrim Brewpub, Aelbrechtskolk 12, 3024 Rotterdam-Delftshaven, Netherlands. [ As Pelgrim Zommer Speciaal ]. Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, fruity, morrelen, "champagne brus". Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20090601]
