Draft: Bourbon, oak, caramel, nougat aroma. Hazy copper, thin head. Overripe orange, nougat and oak on the edges. Full body, soft, hot. Not too bourbony, but plenty of barrel character, which I like. Surprisingly balanced for a DIPA.
