After almost seven years since we first brewed it, we've updated our signature West Coast DIPA with three improvements. Drew added Idaho 7 to the hop bill to reinforce the berry/fruit notes from Simcoe, added a touch of pale crystal malt for a little sweetness to pair with the fruitiness, and dropped the ABV below 8% to eliminate the booziness of the original. More flavor that you can enjoy more! Cheers!

Rosehip and grapefruit nose, not strong. Clear golden, medium head. Orange peel and lemongrass. Medium body, soft carbonation, warm. Barely recognizable as a lager, but why shouldn’t lagers be hoppy?
