Bottle, 4.5%. Grass and hay aroma, slightly citric. Clear yellow colour. Big stable bubbly white head. The flavour is clean, has some malt. Perhaps a hint of paper, but nothing to worry about. Distinct bitterness, but only slightly rough. Not bad.

Bottle 33cl.Clear light yellow color with a large, frothy, good lacing, fully lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, grain, hay, light to moderate hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long to average duration. Bitternes is acrid metalic bitter. Body is medium to light, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light metalic. [20090626]

Bottle: Golden, lazy carbonation, almost no head; light to moderate sweetish-strawy nose with delicate hoppy influences; mild sweetish flavour, light bodied as well; shy hoppy traces in the sweetish finish. Very monotonous brew.........

(33cl bottle) Clear, pale golden coloured effervescent frothy white head, quickly collapsing. Sweet and sourish malty nose with notes of cardboard and grassy hops. Sweet flavour, slim bodied with a slightly sticky mouthfeel. Papery and slightly perfumed malty taste; slim and weak malty finish with a touch of sour dough and faint grassy hops (29.07.08).

Bottled. A yellow beer with a fluffy lazing white head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of brewmash and yeast - as if it isn’t finished. The flavor is very sweet with notes of vitamin C and citrus, as well as straw and lighter notes of yeast. Very raw - doesn’t seem finished.

(Bottle 33 cl) Clear, pilsener golden with a white head. Soft, malty nose - almost mash like. Medium-bodied with extremely sweet malt and almost no bitterness. Appears almost like a light lager - only with full strength. 131106
