From tap at Jégkert, Budapest, 17.02.25. Murky ebony, splitting into two layers with the top part being slightly clearer than the murkiness below. The head looks like a yeast head in colour and texture. Strong aroma and taste of bananas, strawberries, melon, pistachio, ice cream and yoghurt. Like no beer I’ve seen or tasted before. Not bad though! I’ll give extra point for originality. And for making strawberries and bananas taste nice in a beer.
