12/8/9/8/11/8

Bottle 50 cl. Clear orangey brown with a dense beige head. Aroma of caramel and pumpernickel. Quite full-bodied, burned caramel, overripe fruit, roasted malt and pumpernickel and a little licorice also. Some hops in the finish. Delicious. 090609

Dark mahogany color; small creamy head. It’s a monotonic beer, all centred on the dark caramel, but with a quite solid body (yet not sweet), and solid overall. Good.

50 cL bottle, courtesy of Papsoe/Ungstrup. Pours dark amber with a small off-white to tan head. Aroma is roasted malt and light dark fruity too. Light fruity to a distinct roasted breadish base flavour. Smooth malty finish wit a reappearing fruity note.

A red beer with a thick brown head. The aroma is sweet with notes of caramel and rye bread. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of caramel and rye bread, leading to a dry end where the note of rye lingers.
