--Bottled, from Landbierparadies, Nuremberg. -- Clear golden, small head. Bready nose. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Bready malt, mild floral hops. Long bitter finish.

Fläschla: Deep golden to light amber coloured, hazy, creamy off-white head, bitter and slightly sourish bready and fruity nose, hints of diacetyl; bitter-sweet flavour, light sourish traces included, light bodied; bitter and a bit harsh finish. Hardly drinkable, very disappointing, especially by franconian standards...

Pours an amber colour with a big foamy white head. The aroma is malt, mild hops and spices.

Trübes bernsteinfarbenes Bier mit einer ordentlichen leicht beigen Schaumkrone. Geruch sehr malzig, etwas Karamell, fruchtig, floral. Geschmack kräftig malzig, leicht süß, Karamell, leicht würzig, floral, gut!

Bottled. Deep goldeny ambery colour, mediumsized beige head. Aroma is quite strong malts along with some herbal and mild fruity and earthy notes. Flavour is bready malts, some slight caramel as well as some earthy and some mild herbal and toffeeish nots. A bit thin palate, otherwise quite nice.

(bottle) Hazy, orange to amber golden colour with an off-white foamy head of medium size. Yeasty caramel-malty aroma with notes of barnyard and yeast. Moderately sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Hearty cara-malty base with bready and shy herbal accents; bready malty and moderately hop bitter finish. The unfiltered version of the Vollbier. 11.XI.10

Draught @ Brauerei Penning-Zeissler, Hetzelsdorf 19, Pretzfeld-Hetzelsdorf, Oberfranken/Bayern, 91362 Germany.Clear medium amber orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, grain, molasses, caramel notes, moderate hoppy, grass, flowers. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20090523]

Der Geruch ist malzig und süßlich. Das Bier selber schmeckt eigentlich nur herb, im Nachgeschmack noch viel herber werdend, nur ganz am Ende kann man einen malzigen Beigeschmack ausmachen. Das nenn ich verhunzt! Test vom 7.7.2005, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 10,5,6,6,13,6 - 6,60
