Consejo Hispano has been supporting the Latin community in the Lower Columbia Region for decades. They also have an office on Duane Street, which makes them our neighbors. And if there’s one thing we love more than a community-led non-profit organization dedicated to improving lives, increasing generational wealth and preserving cultural heritage… it’s a non-profit organization that does all those things just down the street.

Consejo is a Mexican Style Lager brewed with Fresh Willamette Hops donated by Goschie Farms, in collaboration with Xicha Brewing and Consejo Hispano celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month (September 15-October 15).

Hops: Indie Willamette, Fresh Willamette
Malts: Rahr Pilsner, Crisp Torrified Corn, Weyermann Acidulated
Yeast: 3470

Can. Pours a clear golden hue with a medium white head. A light malty nose, some perfume. Toast, light citrus. Husky and almost funky. Honey. Funky round flavors.
