Straight from outer space, WADESDA 7: a traditional saison, light (5.5%) and very refreshing, sublimed with Brasserie Cantillon lambic. This mixed fermentation brew develops flavours of cereals, floral and herbal accents of noble hops and, thanks to the lambic, an elegant acidity.

Draft @ ML Fontainas. Paille, col blanc tenace.

Keg at the first Beavertown Extravaganza, day 2 - London. Pours unclear yellow with a creamy, white head. Nice and clean overall, with light funk, dried wheat flakes, lemony accents, very faint manure. Light to medium bodied with average carbonation. Finishes with more dry wheat bread, mellow yeast expression, some pale grains, bitter hay. A nice saison.

On tap Beavertown Beer Extravaganza, Printworks, Canada Water Saturday 9th September 2017. As described this really comes across as a very tart and sour saison. Light yellow with a slim white head, fruity and very dry, refreshing, pleasant. A6 A4 T7 P4 Ov15 3.6
