Straight from outer space, WADESDA 7: a traditional saison, light (5.5%) and very refreshing, sublimed with Brasserie Cantillon lambic. This mixed fermentation brew develops flavours of cereals, floral and herbal accents of noble hops and, thanks to the lambic, an elegant acidity.

Hazy golden colour, white head. Funky aroma, white wine. Funky flavour, light sour note, malts. Finish malts and white wine. Rather nice and entertaining beer, I imagine it will get better when it gets some age on it, though I fear I won't be able to taste it aged. Ah well, this beer was definitely nice too, so count your blessings ;)
(from draught @ BXL Beer Fest, Brussels. Thanks for sharing today's beers, rb crew!!)

Thank you for sharing RB crew! Sampled draft @ BXLBeerFest 2017. Bright golden, hazy white head. Nose is weird big plastic, citrus. Taste is all that strange thick plastic that dominates, lemon citrus, lacking in funk for me. Belgian thick plastic bodied, expected way more but I still think that with age it will become much better looking at the #1 of this series which I had with age.

27/VIII/17 - on tap @ BXL Beer Fest - BB: n/a (2017-1382) Thanks to the (Belgian) RB crew for sharing today's beers!

Cloudy bright yellow beer, big irregular creamy white head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: very spicy, weird, funky, yeasty, some grapefruit. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty bitter, lots of grapefruit bitterness, slightly fruity. Aftertaste: very very bitter, spicy touch, lots of grapefruit skin, dry finish, bit lemony. Probably a bit young, as the lambic isn't really coming through...

Tap at Moeder Fontainas. Cloudy straw with big white head. Funk, lemon, light flowery hops, soft wheat, light spicy yeast, dank cellar, soft oak. Light sweet and sour with almost medium bitter finish. Just medium bodied. Like this a lot!
