Bottle. Pours hazy, pale yellow, with an enormous, creamy head. Aroma is tart wooden yeast, with pepper, hay, grass, floral notes and minerals, as well as malts with toffee. Medium body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is tart yeasty notes, with hay and herbal hops, with citrus and floral notes.

600 ml bottle, from Gulating Ølutsalg, Stavanger. ABV is 4.5%. Very pale yellow colour, large white head. Pleasant and distinct aroma of spicy / peppery saison yeast. The medium dry flavour has also plenty of peppery saison yeast and bittering hops, but little body to support it. Nice to drink though.

Bottle 375ml. [ As Le Trou du Diable Aldred ].ABV: 4.5%. Clear medium yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, herbs, floral. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, herbs, spicy, pale malt, floral, yeast - belgium yeast - saison yeast, light phenols. Bottle @ fonefan tasting. NIce head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are grass, straw, fruits, flowers and malt. Grassy finish.
