Celebrating the most iconic beer style to emerge from the Great American West, Ferment
Bright West IPA loads Chinook, Mosaic, and a special harvest of Cascade hops into a
brew of pilsen malt from Colorado. Bright West is then filtered to the brilliance of a
perfect Pacific Sunset. The result is a quite dry bright golden ale supporting a thick head
of foam, rich with the pine and citrus best enjoyed with good friends and an adventurous
spirit.

Taster flight at Ferment. Clear, medium golden pour, thin, tight foamy head. Fruity aroma, candy, faint pine. ight dryness.Taste is mildly sweet, fruity, some piney hops slipping in at the back. With the hops comes some dryness. A chameleon of a beer.

16 ounce can. Pours a fairly bright amber color with a small white head. A light caramel malt and citrus nose. Sweet, big caramel, some soft perfume, oranges, marmalade. Pretty malty. Solid.
