This classic Imperial Stout is black in color with a slight red hue, that is visible due to generous cherry additions. This stout is brewed in a traditional manner, then in late fermentation, 15 pounds per barrel of sweet and tart Oregon cherry juice, along with pure liquid cacao were added. Take a sip and you will notice subtle, sweet cherry followed by caramel and roasted malt sweetness with a dark chocolate finish

On tap. Pours a dark brown color with a medium white to tan head. A sweet chocolate nose. Milky chocolates, light smooth cherries, toast, light roast. Solid. Quite good.

Dessert in a glass. Black body with tan head. Cherry aroma. Full bodied chocolate cherry and toffee taste with a bready note. Cherry finish.
