Draft at the Schilling Cider House in Seattle as Dry-abolical Hard Cider. So sad that we still have to call it Hard in the US. Very pale clear yellow color tons of bubbles. Aroma of dry leaves and apple flesh. Taste starts with lightly sweet applesauce then dryish apple skins. OK

On tap at the new PDX location. Pours a clear yellow color with a small white bubble. A big dry cider, funky almost, oak, tannins, some light sweet apple. Very smooth.
