Today we unshackle our wicked Mindstürm (pronounced MIND STORM! with a thick German-like accent). This is a Bavarian-style hefeweizen. Heavy banana, bubblegum and clove in this decocted wheat beer. Big, pillowy head and creamy wheated mouthfeel.

Absolutely great full bodied wheat beer. Great mouthfeel, the yeast strain is my favourite for this style. Really good beer. Wayfindef portland. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap at the brewery. Pours a mostly clear yellow color with a small white head. A light toast and lemon nose. Lemons, light citrus, soft perfume, sweet bubblegum. Smooth.
