Cask (handpump) @ Wellington, 1 Henry St, Shalesmoor, Sheffield, South Yorkshire England S3 7EQ.Clear light yellow color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, moderate hoppy, citrus, soap notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20090417]
