(Bottle, 0.75l, at Musta Kynnys, 20260519) The beer poured deep golden and clear. Its head was small and white. Aroma had tartness, grapefruit, wood and lightly vanilla. Palate was medium bodied and dry with medium carbonation. Flavours were tartness, sourness, grapefruit, fruit stones, wood and bitterness. Aftertaste was tart, fruity and bitter. A tasty sour brew reaching lambic territory.

Sampled from bottle [2025] at "Hooghe Noorden Tasting 2025". Thank Robert! Yellow color, average sized white head. Aroma and flavor are sourish, apricot, tart, lingering funk tartness. Well balanced. Lovely. Absolutely lovely.

Perfect balance of funk, tart, sour, fruit, forgiveness, absolution, redemption, ascension, etc. Sweet and tart apricot jam, apricot funk, and no shy levels of any. Jose G. = 🐐. Also this tastes like it'll bottle condition quick but also long. 🔥🔥🔥🔥
