A kettle Sour made with Fresh Oregon blackberry purée. Fermented on sweet muscadine grape skin from Summer Crush Winery. A little tart with a light finish.

Smells like blackberry. Golden color, very cloudy. Real nice clean blackberry flavors complemented by a mild tartness. Light vegetal bitterness at finish is the only problem.
