This Belgian Quad is aged in Pollak Vineyards wine barrels and it’s ridiculously good! Limited Supply.

Sample at GABF 10/08/2016, thanks to my sis for assistance with note-taking. Reddish-amber color with a medium thick khaki head that recedes gradually. Small patches of lace. Dark fruit, yeast and malt aroma. Full-bodied with a vinous oak character and notes of earthy yeast and caramel malt. The finish is oaky with a red wine and yeast aftertaste. Pretty good overall.
