0.5 l bottle from ’Rudat’, bottled in 2015. Clear, golden yellow with a medium large, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish-sourish, slightly fruity aroma of lemon, apples, gooseberry and a touch of white grapes. Moderately sour, slightly sweetish, quite fruity taste of lemon, apples, gooseberry, some wheat and a touch of white grapes, followed by a short, moderately tart, dry finish. Thin to medium body, moderately astringent and quite effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Didn’t really dig the vineyard peach version, but this is very tasty and refreshing, it’s not too sour and has that lovely sparkling mouthfeel. Good!

On tap at Green Point, pours a hazy blonde with a large white head. Aroma brings out citrus, some skunky grassy notes and herbal wheatiness. Flavour is light, with notes of citrus and skunky grassy notes. Unimpressive, especially given the calibre that this brewery is capable of. Weak.
