A swirling dynamo of flavor, with a steady calm of satisfaction at its heart, that's Whirlwind Witbier. Offering a tamed tempest of flavors both spicy and sublime, this softly fermented ale greets the nose and tingles the tongue. Imported Belgian yeast charges Whirlwind with an energy all its own. It is a refreshing interpretation of the classic, Belgian 'white beer' style.

Shitty coriander nose. Cloudy yellow, full of floaties of varying sizes, thin white head despite an aggressive pour. Coriander flavor, less shitty than the aroma. Thin, light, soap lemony. Mouthfeel is a little harsh, even for the style.I feel like I’m rating this too harshly, but it really did have some detractors. Witbier is more than just coriander thrown in a spritsy beverage and that’s how this tasted.

Bottled@Monks Café, Wallingatan. Slightly hazy yellowish golden colour with a small white head, that leaves some slight lace. Aroma is spices, some fruity hops, mild wheat, some quite earthy notes as well. Flavour is herbal, wheat, some fruity sweet hops and mild earthy notes as well. Lacks a bit of real yeasty notes, otherwise being a quite good witbier clone. Refreshing.

12oz Bottle. Pours with a sparse white head that fades over a only slightly hazed golden body. Aroma of coriander, yeast, florals and orange peel. Taste is crisp; that mirrors the aroma. There was noticeable floating sediment in my glass. This is a seasonal beer and they stop brewing this style in AUGUST. I’m glad I picked this up before it was gone for the year. I will buy more of this next summer. If you like Witbier, this is a good one! Well done Victory!

This brew pours a clear pale yellow color with a medium thin foamy white head that recedes quickly. Stringy lacing on the glass. Aroma of citrus and cloves. Light body with flavors of sweet fruit, spice and yeast. The finish is bready malt with a yeast aftertaste. Decent Wit overall.

Bottled. A dark golden beer with a bit of sediment floating around and with no head. The aroma has notes of malt and wheat as well as lighter notes of caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of wheat and malt as well as lighter notes of coriander, leading to a dry wheaty finish. The body is light.
