Phoenix Rising is our juicy IPA brewed with Citra, Mosaic and Sabro hops. The beer has a strong fruit flavor with notes of tangerine. The Phoenix Rising is also brewed with lactose giving the beer a nice and smooth mouthfeel to compliment the hops. The beer is double dry hopped to give the IPA a nice bitterness that helps balance out the juiciness of the beer. The Phoenix Rising is a great sessionable Hazy IPA that you can enjoy no matter the occasion.

Tangerine nose. Cloudy golden, headless. Tangerine, dandelion, lilly, bread crust. Medium body, easy carbonation.
