Edel is a collaboration with our friends at Landmade. We made this beautiful marzen with 100% Virginia pilsner, Munich, and Vienna style malt, with a single decoction and touch of Hallertauer hops. A touch of light malt, with a nice finish that makes you immediately want another sip.

Pecan nose. Clear amber, thick head. Pecan with strong volatile chemical overtones. Medium body, moderate carbonation.
