Angel's Share is a Belgian Strong Golden aged in whiskey-soaked oak chips. The name stems from the whisky that evaporates during aging which is called the angel's share. These soaked oak chips give the beer a faint barrel aged like aroma to compliment the yeast and malt characteristics of a Belgian Stong Golden Ale.

Clear gold pour. Coconut and fruit, possibly Japanese pear, and a treenut, maybe pecan. Nice beer.
