Intense electrical power courses through the third rail of a train track. Registering 9.2% ABV, our highly charged Third Rail Tripel is aptly named. Up front, you’ll detect tangerine and a hint of clove. It finishes like a dry white wine. About as authentic as you can get this side of the Atlantic, we sourced ingredients from the Old World, even the yeast is a proprietary strain from a Belgian brewery. Enjoy with a cassoulet, roast pork, scallops or fatty cheeses.
