Our Harvested Apple Lager uses 30% cider from the Pacific Northwest, the beer offers an amazing aroma of fresh apples. On the palate there is a slight tartness that is complemented by a slight hop bitterness. The overall impression is a lager beer that is dry on the palate yet crisp and refreshing and bursting with apple flavors and aromas.

Tart apple, plaatic. nose. Clear golden, medium head. Tangy overripe apple core. Light body, easy carbonation.

Gold pour. Thick foam. Even lace. Apple nose. Sweet apple with sour tangy palate. Sour cider quality but almost a fruit beer. Sour apple core or peel.
