Aroma has malt, roasted notes, hints of toffee and metal. Flavour is slightly sweet with somewhat roasted malt and some toffee. Thin palate. Harsh finish with metallic notes. Not much of a dunkel.

[Thanks to oh6gdx]. Black colour with an off-white head that quickly diminishes. Aroma is slightly toasty and buttery. Flavour is milky, slightly caramelish and toasty malts. Carbonation is low. Body is medium.

Bottled. A nut-brown beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of malt and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and caramel - the sweetness seems artificial.

33cl bottle. Pours dark brown, nice beige head. Roasted malt aroma. Flavor is caramel and roasted malt, with some hoppy dry aftertaste. Ok dunkel.

Bottled, thanks oh6gdx! Near black, rich firm head. Buttery grassy nose. Mild and soft with chocolate, coffee and grainy malt. Edgeless and mouthfilling despite light body. Light coffeeish bitterness.

Bottle 33cl.Clear medium red brown color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, dark roasted. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20090322]

Bottle from Tbone, thanks! Deep dark brown color, hazy. Licorice and caramel in the aroma. Sweet, caramelly flavor with apple and licorice. Sugary, sticky mouthfeel. Laurel. Not my taste.

Bottled (tnx oh6gdx, BB 06/2009). Dark nut brown color, small off-white head. Toasted, a bit grassy nose. Crisp mouthfeel. Toasted caramel malty flavor with grainy and grassy notes - cardboard and coffee. Mostly dry, but has faint caramel sweetness. Less drinkable than other Nokian’s dunkels. Cheap feeling in it.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of oh6gdx. Clear reddish brown with an off-white head. Sweetish roasted malt aroma with a little dried fruit. Light body, roasted malt and a little dried fruit. Vague ashy edge. Dry and lightly bitter finish. 220309

Bottle, 4.5%. Nice clear dark brown colour, red shine. The flavour is malty, slightly roasted. Hint of plastic in the finish, but seems clean enough apart from that.
