On tap at the brewpub. Muddy yellow coloured, small creamy white head, fruity wheaty nose. Wheaty, light yeasty and citrusy with strong banana (slightly overriped) presence. Dry fruity finish. Glad to had German Hefe in Scotland.

Half pint, keg at the brewpub. Cloudy, golden-orange body. Firm white head reduced to a patchy surface. Aroma of wheat and spicy fruits. Taste of banana, clove and wheat offset by a welcome citrus tartness. Soft carbonated. Refreshing. Well made weizen (Glasgow, 13.04.2012).

Draught@Euston Tap, London. Hazy yellowish golden colour with a mediumsized white head. Aroma is wheat, some citrus fruits, mild bananas as well as some herbal notes. Flavour is quite similar with some slight sugary notes. A bit on the sweet side, otherwise a quite good and refreshing Hefeweizen.
