Birra chiara ben carbonata e poco alcolica. Il lievito svolge un ruolo da protagonista restituendo un grande carattere speziato. Le bacche di ginepro impiegate donano un amaro gradevole e un fine aroma. Al palato un grande bilanciamento tra amaro/dolce ne contraddistingue i lineamenti e ne facilità la bevuta. Il risultato è una birra secca di grande carattere dal piacevole finale amaro.

La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di aspetto opalescente. Il colore è giallo ambrato. Il corpo è strutturato e robusto. L'amaro è deciso. La forza gustativa è elevata, con durata sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. In bocca l'aroma è quello di miele, frutta secca, agrumi e bacche di ginepro.
