Bottle opened on the bus ride to the Hunahpu release. Pours hazy golden color with white head. Fruity aroma with some bananas and bread dough. Fruity and doughy flavor with some banana and spiciness from the yeast. Medium body with lively carbonation.

Golden color. Sugary banana, tropical fruit nose. Flavor is similar with a nice semi-dry finish. nice blend of sweetness and yeastiness not overly spicy or phenolic, one of the best tripels I’ve tried in a long long time.
