One of two vintages sent to me by FlandersNed - the cork explodes out of this one, much like it has out of every other Arbor 750 I’ve ever had - fizzy, cloudy, rust-colored beer - nose of moderate sourness, dank, moldy cellar, citrus peels, and coriander, with honey sweetness underneath - the flavor starts too acidic and tart, and ends too sweet - I suppose I should hand it to them for accomplishing that - a very flabby beer - some casky, oaky sourness up front - lemon and other citrus through the middle - some grainy character on the back end - citrus sticks around as sweetness develops, adding a kind of kumquat sort of flavor - lingering acidity, but mostly sweet on the tail end - not really a saison - not really sure what I would classify it as other than a disappointment - let’s hope the other vintage I have is better than this one.

Bottle thanks to bu11zeye. Pours with a huge, creamy, off-white, rocky head over a hazed golden body. Tons of CO2 on the nose, with a slightly phenolic character, tons of fruit, lemon, dried fruit, jam, berry, candied sugar and orange. Taste is apricot, pear, ginger and candied orange peel. Lively carbonation, dry mouthfeel and light bodied.

Bottle shared by SoLan. Pours light orange with white head. Aromas of bread and citrus. Slightly sweet flavor with bready yeast, lemon, corriander. Medium body, highly carbonated.

Banana and a vauge fruity funkiness, with a touch of a mineral content. Hazy yellow color.
