One of my favorite things to do in Charleston is enjoy a sunset cruise. As the setting sun catches the trailing wake it reflects a golden hue; this golden wake is what inspired this beer. A classic American wheat base beer got a heavy dose- 300 lbs- of apricot puree. Expect a fluffy meringue head, peachy hue, and a highly carbonated semi dry finish.

Draught at Home Team BBQ: pours hazy orange with white head. Aroma is apricot and wheat. Very wheaty. Pretty nice actually.
