(On tap during Zwanze Day/Funk Night @ barVolo, Sept 20, 2014) Pours a hazy gold with a big dense white head. Aroma has loads of passion fruit, raw wheat, lemon zest and lactic touches. Palate is softly yogurty with fairly dry wheat, a bit of lemon and more passion fruit, especially in the finish. Simple but clean with bright fruit character, light but refreshing and slightly mineral. Light body, effervescent carb. Would be super refreshing in the hot sun, still held up okay at the end of a long day’s tasting.
